April 18, 2013 − by Keith − in Blog − Comments Off on Why Have a Cash Flow Analysis?

Is your cash working for you the way it should be? Do you think there may be potential for it to do more? If you are not making a profit right now, then a cash flow analysis may be able to help you determine why this is not happening. Most of the time there is money that is being lost for very simple reasons that can easily be fixed, but first they have to be identified.

If you are making a profit and that profit is not making any residual kind of income for you, then a cash flow analysis can help you identify areas where you could be increasing, or in some cases even multiplying that profit. A cash flow analysis will identify areas where you could increase profit, but it can also help you learn to do something smart with that profit once you are able to increase it.
